Avery’s First Week
Avery is ten days old today and is doing great. She is a good sleeper, and she is beginning to focus on our faces. She even smiles every so often!

Eli vs. Avery
Do these kids look related to you?
When I first saw Eli, I didn’t notice much of resemblance to either Michelle or myself. My remark was that he looked like the postman and the postman’s wife.
My first thought when I saw Avery was she looked like Eli. These two look like the before and after comparison for the Baby Charles Atlas program.

8 lbs. 5.5 oz. and 20.5”
Wednesday is Induction Day at Mt. Auburn Hospital. Like her brother, Avery needed a little coaxing to enter the world. They broke Mom’s water early in the morning, but after that everything proceeded naturally. Michelle made it look a little too easy.
