The front bedroom is nicely sized but lacking closet space. Since Western Avenue is a busy street, this will make a nicer office than bedroom. Although the kids apparently didn't mind the traffic and we were surprised at how quiet it was inside the house.

The brick wall and nine foot ceilings are as close as I'm allowed to a loft.
